Responsibilities
Working with the mall Tenant Coordinator to gain access to the space
Verifying existing space conditions, including MEP systems, structural heights, and the architectural floorplan
Inputting As-Built conditions using AutoCAD or Revit upon returning to the office
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of experience working in the retail/restaurant architecture industry
Valid US passport or ability to obtain one
Expect significant travel all over the US and Canada
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable as a member of a cohesive team
