Responsibilities
Assist with daily management of creative and marketing projects from intake through completion
Track project milestones and flag risks, delays, or missing inputs to the project manager
Support shop signage projects with print file management, coordinating printing and delivery, and handling issues that come from shops
Assist in documenting workflows, templates, and operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
Help compile basic performance metrics and reports related to project timelines, workloads, and delivery
Identify opportunities to streamline handoffs, approvals, or templates
Build or enhance a tracker for print assets, quantities, delivery timelines, and shop distribution
Qualification
Required
Recent or current undergrad/grad students who have or will graduate between May 2025 - May 2027
Holds a recent degree or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Project Management, or similar areas of study
Familiarity with social media and digital tools
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
Has intellectual curiosity, is passionate about learning, and ready to take on new opportunities
Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities, and work under tight timelines
Ability to efficiently work in an office environment
