Coordinate loan servicing activities for both consumer and non-consumer actions, from the initial request through completion. Includes prioritizing workloads, ensuring necessary documents are available and confirming compliance with regulations
Ensure sufficient collateral is in place and perfect lien positions
Additionally, the role must update tracking systems, review collateral for release, and work on special projects as assigned
Coordination and partnership with teammates are also key to enhancing the customer experience
