Responsibilities
Design and lead regional GTM strategies including positioning, value proposition development, pricing, and channel strategy to accelerate adoption and growth for the DOM product portfolio with a focus on Wired and Wireless Networking
Conduct competitive analysis to position Belden products in the market, staying up to date with emerging technology and identify new opportunities
Proactively manage the lifecycle of DOM product portfolio, apply different strategies at various stages of lifecycle, execute on product end of life and proper migration
Perform financial analysis to understand health of products, create regional specific financial bridge and action plan to meet organic growth target, work across function on execution and drive organic growth
Manage internal and external stakeholders, build creditability, and direct the team effectively in complex situations
Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse team of regional product managers with clear accountability, strategic clarity, and growth mindset
Collaborate with global product line management, marketing, and solution line management, to prioritize strategic initiatives and deliverables for the success of the overall business strategic plan related to the product line
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
10+ years in product management, business development or application engineering
Ideally 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven success launching and growing complex hardware/software product lines
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority across functions and regions
Experience driving pricing, go to market and financial performance
Deep understanding of networking applications in industrial verticals (e.g., discrete, energy, transportation and process automation) and preferably in an IT context
Familiarity with technologies such as embedded systems
Visionary mind with sharp market insight and a bias for action
Strong communicator, team builder, and influencer with high emotional intelligence
Data-driven decision-maker who thrives in ambiguity and makes progress with imperfect information
High integrity, inclusive leadership style, and a strong eye for developing talent
Willingness to travel – Up to 25-50%, including at times international
