Demand Generation Manager
P2 Growth is an Enterprise SaaS scale-up seeking a Growth focused Demand Generation Manager. This role will take ownership for building and shaping Demand Generation & Growth Marketing from the ground up, and is integral to bridging sales and marketing into a cohesive go-to-market function.
Responsibilities
Take ownership for building and shaping Demand Generation & Growth Marketing from the ground up
Lead an inbound pipeline engine as part of a fast paced, high growth SaaS scale up
Qualification
Required
Solid experience in growth marketing or demand generation in Enterprise B2B SaaS
Strong experience in paid media, paid SEO and inbound acquisition strategies
Familiar with Wordpress, Pardot and Salesforce as core demand-generation platforms
Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms
Strong analytical and attribution skills with hands-on experience improving full-funnel performance
Confident operating autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Strong communicator who aligns cross-functional, globally dispersed teams—Sales, BDR, Marketing, and leadership—using insights and data
Preferred
Experience with optimisation tools (Hotjar, A/B testing platforms, Clay) is an advantage
