Responsibilities

Collect payments on early-stage accounts (1–2 months past due)

Establish payment arrangements and repayment plans

Process phone payments efficiently and accurately

Handle inbound calls related to Loss Mitigation and discuss available options with borrowers

Collections experienceMSP Servicing SystemFHA guidelinesFannie Mae guidelinesFreddie Mac guidelinesVA guidelinesUSDA guidelinesCustomer serviceAnalytical skillsCommunication skills

Required

Prior experience in Collections or Customer Service

Strong working knowledge of FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and USDA default servicing guidelines

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Hands-on experience with the MSP Servicing System is required
