They are seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to manage a field crew of 150+ electricians and oversee the installation of complex medium-voltage switchgear and UPS systems.

Responsibilities
Field Leadership: Direct all field personnel and trade partners to ensure work is performed safely and on schedule
Scheduling: Command the 2-week look-ahead and coordinate with the PM team on material buyouts and labor tracking
Technical Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance with 2023 NEC codes and project-specific BIM models
Safety Culture: Implement a 'Safety First' culture, conducting daily Toolbox Talks and site inspections
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Electrical Construction with at least 4+ years as a Superintendent on $50M+ projects
Prior experience in Mission Critical/Data Center or heavy industrial environments is mandatory
Valid State Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Virginia DPOR preferred)
OSHA-30 Certification
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6
Benefits
$125 – $150 daily Per Diem (7 days/week)
