Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for security engineering across the enterprise
Drive DevSecOps strategy and execution across SDLC and vulnerability management
Collaborate with cross-functional and platform teams to embed security-by-design, least privilege, and defense-in-depth principles into solutions and development lifecycle
Enable delivery of security architecture and maintain a best-in-class security tool stack
Continuously improve security processes, methodologies, governance, and tools
Translate business risks into scalable, policy-based security approaches
Recruit, coach, develop, and scale a team of top-tier security engineers, providing strategic and tactical guidance
Lead through data-driven approaches and security KPIs to ensure organizational security posture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
3+ years leading security engineering or operational teams
Commitment to high ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and business integrity
Passion for cybersecurity and solving complex problems
Track record of building innovative security solutions
Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity in complex situations
Strong communication skills to explain complex problems clearly
Experience operationalizing DevSecOps practices, secure coding, IaC, and CI/CD pipeline integration
Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to completion
