InternKrispy Kreme is a beloved sweet treat brand known for its iconic doughnuts. They are seeking a People & Culture Intern to assist with creating and reviewing company policies, support engagement initiatives, and gain exposure to various HR functions.

Responsibilities
Assist with the creation, review, and editing of company policies
Help maintain and update the company policy management platform
Support People & Culture initiatives and events focused on employee engagement
Review resumes and assist with recruitment activities
Gain exposure to additional People & Culture functions, including Business Partners, Compensation, and Learning and Development
Qualification
Required
Recent or current undergrad/grad students who have or will graduate between May 2025 - May 2027
Holds a recent degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Communications, or similar areas of study
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
Has intellectual curiosity, is passionate about learning, and ready to take on new opportunities
Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities, and work under tight timelines
Ability to efficiently work in an office environment
