Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations across the organization. This role involves coordinating interviews, managing logistics, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate 35–70 interviews per week, including panels and candidate travel
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to align schedules
Manage interview logistics, confirmations, and conference rooms
Support onboarding, background checks, and fingerprint scheduling (FL)
Maintain job postings and data in Workday (ATS)
Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a polished experience
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of recruiting coordination or fast-paced admin experience
Strong Outlook calendar management and multitasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Education: High School Diploma required
Preferred
Experience with Workday or similar ATS preferred
Bachelor's preferred
