Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound DMs, comments, and interactions
Guide conversations to uncover needs and determine fit for programs
Use simple qualification criteria (training provided) to move warm leads into scheduled enrollment calls
Maintain a friendly, human tone that matches the brand — warm, grounded, and straightforward
Document activity, track conversations, conversions, and follow-ups in company CRM and PM tools
Manage multiple DM threads simultaneously without losing pace or context
Identify audience themes and recurring questions that may inform content and messaging, journaling, and sharing with leadership
Coordinate closely with the closer/enrollment coach to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate lead notes
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in a customer-centric, client-facing, or service-based environment
No specific industry experience required — people skills, pace, and professionalism matter most
Inside sales, appointment setting, customer support, hospitality, or service roles with high-volume communication are considered an asset
Experience with sales conversations — converting inbound inquiries, booking calls, or guiding prospects forward would be preferrable
Community engagement or social media messaging experience
Strong writers who are concise, clear, and comfortable matching tone
Energetic, proactive communicator who enjoys fast-paced conversation flow
Strong written communication skills, especially DMs, chat, SMS, and short-form messaging
Highly organized with the ability to manage many simultaneous conversations without dropping threads
Demonstrated experience using CRM systems and Project Management tools (HubSpot, Close, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
Professional, reliable, and accountable with strong follow-through
