Responsibilities

Develop and enhance global lab operating cost model to perform site level cost analysis
Analyze lab financial data and identify trends or variances
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather microscopy and metrology data and model a financial framework for the internal costs running the labs
Support preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior leadership

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment cross-functionally

Preferred

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Strong communication skills to collaborate and build positive relationships with others
