Treasury Analyst, Cash Management & Forecasting
Amer Sports is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join their global treasury team. This role will support the Global Cash Manager in overseeing cash operations, liquidity forecasting, and treasury initiatives across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
Monitor global daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts, entities and currencies
Report on liquidity needs based on short-term forecast in the Treasury Management System
Execute cash pooling, intercompany funding, and FX transactions as needed
Monitor bank reporting completeness and remedy failures by working with Treasury vendors and banks
Operate short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts including variance analysis preparation
Assist in managing global liquidity strategies and banking relationships
Provide analytical support for treasury projects and initiatives
Help drive process improvements and automation in cash operations
Assist in optimizing cash utilization by managing payments, collections and fund transfers efficiently
Support Know Your Customer requirements with financial institutions
Assist with end-to-end process of opening and closing bank accounts globally
Communicate with banks and financial institutions to resolve issues
Execute and monitor investment activities, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk tolerance
Maintain bank account documentation, online banking platforms, authorized signatory records and legal documentation related to SOX requirements and FBAR regulations
Prepare documentation evidencing compliance for SOX, Accounting and regulatory requirements
Prepare reports to assist with internal and external audit pertaining to cash management activities
Track KPIs related to cash visibility, forecast accuracy, and bank fees
Leverage TMSs and ERP platforms to streamline processes
Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in treasury operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred
3–5 years of treasury experience in a multinational corporation
Proficiency in Kyriba is required
Strong understanding of global cash management, banking structures, and FX
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience supporting treasury operations in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America
Familiarity with multi-currency cash flow forecasting and intercompany funding
