Participating in trial preparation
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of demonstrated New York litigation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong courtroom advocacy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, business-minded approach
Excellent project management, organizational, and client service skills
Commitment to learning and developing into an integral member of New York litigation and complex commercial litigation practice
Preferred
New York judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Experience or interest in fiduciary litigation, particularly in New York State Surrogate Court, is a plus
