Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation

Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files

Assist with employee relations matters by responding to basic employee inquiries and escalating issues as needed

Support performance management processes, including review cycles and documentation

Assist with benefits administration, enrollment and employee questions

Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws

Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and final documentation

Support payroll coordination by providing accurate employee data

Assist with HR leadership on special projects and process improvements

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field

Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to handle confidential information and professionalism

Excellent administrative and organizational skills required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
