Produce designs in any number of formats and media types in cohesive campaigns that involve print ads, web graphics, store signage, social media, digital advertising, blogs, videos, flyers, and so much more... like packaging and broadcast media
Create content that is appealing, informative, concise, easy to understand, and true to C-A-L Ranch Stores brand
Collaborate and share ideas in meetings, presentations, proposals
Remain educated and current on ever changing trends in social media, design, and marketing—as well as—stay up to date in software and technology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or related field
1 year of relevant work experience
Ability to maintain clear and consistent branding
Strong communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure with tight timelines
Ability to interact and work with a team with attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
Ability to take on new tasks as needed and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
Be able to see other people's points of view and take on critical feedback
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Teams, and OneDrive
Preferred
Video editing and animation skills are a plus
Interest in eCommerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques will be beneficial
