Training Specialist
Endeavor Agency is a multi-family property management company seeking a qualified Training & Support Specialist to enhance team performance. The role involves developing and implementing training programs, ensuring compliance with legal training requirements, and collaborating with management to identify training needs.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Schedule and coordinate training for new employees, including session bookings, location setup, and preparatory meetings
Conduct knowledge checks and set weekly goals for associates' development
Ensure compliance with legal training requirements, such as fair housing and sexual harassment training
Document and conduct re-training sessions as needed
Establish a supportive "buddy" system for associates and encourage a "No Dumb Question" policy
Identify company development needs to guide training initiatives
Develop manuals for training programs and operational projects
Plan, administer, and coordinate training programs for employees and marketing vendors
Maintain a tracking system for all required training programs
Collaborate with management, supervisors, and employees to understand training needs
Review, evaluate, and modify training programs for continuous improvement
Complete additional tasks and projects as requested
Qualification
Required

Strong training skills with 3-5 years of experience as a training specialist
Problem-solving and clear communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment
Thrive under dynamic and rapidly changing working conditions
Compile data, analyze trends, and provide recommendations
Prioritize work tasks and manage time effectively
Knowledge of current learning strategies
Clarity in speech and public speaking skills
Establish and control effective learning environments

Excellent analytical, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Support and drive the mission and goals of FirstService Residential
Knowledge of software for webinars, videos, and media training programs
Mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention certification
Develop and maintain SOPs for ongoing training programs
Experience with designing and implementing learning programs using various solutions
Able to work with minimal supervision
Exhibit professionalism, motivation, and adaptability to change
Promote team building and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Perform well under stress and be flexible in work schedules to accommodate business needs
Preferred
Knowledge in Yardi and marketing are plus
