Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, including Windows, iOS, and Android platforms
Perform desktop and laptop troubleshooting, software installations, and system maintenance
Utilize device management systems to deploy updates, manage inventory, and ensure compliance
Collaborate with endpoint security teams to monitor user accounts and maintain a secure environment
Support secure data transfer and data-sharing platforms; train users on secure file handling practices
Manage user, group, and computer accounts within Active Directory or a centralized directory service
Assist with security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations and compliance activities
Manage support tickets and maintain accurate documentation using an online ticketing system
Act as on-site technical support and troubleshooting resource for imaging, LAN connectivity, and hardware issues
Serve as the primary field contact, providing real-time technical feedback to the IT team

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in each of the following areas:
Field technician support
Desktop and laptop troubleshooting (Windows 10/11)
Mobile device support (iOS and Android)
Network administration and support (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Software installation and maintenance
Peripheral device configuration
Help desk or telephone support
Strong knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security software
Hands-on experience with remote support tools
Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on user satisfaction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical users

Preferred

CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications
Experience supporting macOS environments
Google Workspace administration experience
Prior experience working in government, public sector, or conservation organizations
