Operations Manager / Practice Manager
Claire Myers Consulting is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Practice Manager for a well-established wealth management firm. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, optimizing systems, and supporting advisors to ensure efficient practice operations.

Responsibilities
Own daily operations and ensure the practice runs efficiently
Create, document, and maintain SOPs across the firm
Identify gaps in workflows and proactively implement solutions
Remove operational tasks from the advisors’ plates
Manage broker dealer-related operational items including:
Account opening and maintenance
Distributions and transfers
Beneficiary updates
Case processing and follow-through
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail across all client-related activity
Oversee CRM and practice technology, including:
Advisor360
ClientWorks
OnceHub
Lead system clean-up efforts to improve data accuracy and efficiency
Manage an upcoming system/platform transition and serve as the internal point person
Onboard new hires, including systems access and workflow training
Support advisors and team members with operational best practices
Help create structure and consistency as the firm grows
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a wealth management or financial advisory environment
Strong understanding of advisory operations and broker dealer workflows
Highly independent with the ability to work without hand-holding
Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
Comfortable owning projects from start to finish
Confident working directly with founders and senior advisors
Preferred
Experience with Advisor360, ClientWorks, or similar platforms
