Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and goals
Translate initiatives into well-defined features for efficient delivery
Document business processes, validate requirements and support team alignment
Create clear feature documentation outlining requirements, outcomes, and benefits
Coordinate work across multiple teams and manage dependencies
Communicate progress and status to stakeholders
Review UX designs for alignment with requirements and user experience standards
Support Product Owners and developers in refining and delivering feature-related work
Operate effectively within a global team serving global customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience with Agile and SAFe principles, 8+ Years
Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
Excellent communication and coordination across teams
Ability to manage complex projects and dependencies globally
Preferred
Service organization experience
Familiarity with HVAC, Building Automation, or related industries
Knowledge of parts/product identification tools and platforms
Experience applying AI to service and parts identification
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
