Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and cash reconciliations
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain and improve financial systems and processes, with a focus on Sage Intacct
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support external audits and tax filings
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
Assist in developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Support other projects and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong proficiency in Sage Intacct is required
ASC606 reporting
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills; experience with other financial tools is a plus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or technology
Knowledge of financial compliance and internal controls
Sage Intacct
