Responsibilities
Helping bring Finance and Accounting together during close, forecasting, and budgeting (especially around capex and depreciation impacts)
Keeping fixed asset activity organized and accurate (capital projects, additions, retirements, and reconciliations)
Managing depreciation schedules and ensuring balances tie out properly each month
Supporting cost segregation efforts for major projects in partnership with external tax resources
Producing monthly reporting and meaningful variance/KPI insights for leaders
Assisting with cash visibility reporting and select banking or covenant support as needed
Improving processes and creating consistency in recurring reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
Around 2–5+ years of experience in accounting/finance with real ownership of deliverables
Strong Excel skills (you can work quickly and accurately with large datasets)
Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP/Sage Intacct/PeopleSoft, etc.)
Preferred
CPA/CMA (or working toward it) is a plus, not a must
