This foundational role involves developing strategies and processes for long-term growth while leading high-impact searches.

Responsibilities
Build and lead the talent acquisition function from the ground up
Design recruiting strategy, processes, tools, and analytics that scale
Act as a player-coach, owning critical searches while laying the foundation for future growth
Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior operational and P&L leadership roles
Build proactive pipelines through direct sourcing and market mapping
Partner closely with executives and hiring leaders on talent strategy and selection
Manage external search partners when needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including senior operational or P&L leadership hiring
Experience in multi-unit, distributed, or field-based operating environments (hospitality, services, retail, property management, etc.)
Proven ability to build recruiting functions, not just run existing ones
Strong sourcing skills and comfort using data to drive decisions
Executive presence, ownership mindset, and bias for action
