Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners
Ensure that all repairs are made to Signature Homes high standards
Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns
Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained
Perform minor repairs

Required

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of construction experience or face to face customer service experience required
Self-driven
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Ability to interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builder superintendents in a professional manner
