Responsibilities
Define and evolve the frontend technical vision and long-term architecture
Ensure consistency, performance, accessibility, and scalability across products
Drive adoption of frontend best practices and standards
Mentor Engineering Managers and senior frontend leaders
Build strong career paths, hiring strategies, and team structures
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to align strategy
Represent frontend engineering in leadership discussions
Scale teams and systems without sacrificing speed or quality
Improve processes, tooling, and developer experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Senior Engineering Manager or equivalent role
Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Strong frontend architecture experience in large-scale applications
Experience leading leaders and managing complex initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Native or fluent English
Preferred
Spanish is a plus
Experience working in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial platforms is a plus
