Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will provide entry-level administrative support during a high-impact transition period, assisting with daily office functions and ensuring continuity of operations throughout the platform transition.
Responsibilities
Send out and track pay sheets accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with email communications and follow-ups with internal teams
Answer phones and route calls as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and document management
Perform data entry and update internal databases
Provide general administrative support including filing and coordinating meetings
Support work efforts related to the transition to a new processing platform
Assist the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Basic administrative or office assistant experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Comfortable working with manual processes and systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn in a project-based environment
