Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to define and align business and product vision and strategy
Define and communicate an effective vision for digitalized work execution, its value and benefit, throughout the organization and with our stakeholders to create a collaborative and informed end user experience
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product owners with indirect responsibility for additional cross-functional team members
Lead cross-functional teams in planning, prioritization, and product delivery
Define and measure business impact, and monitor performance of initiatives and communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders
Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope and priorities of our business objectives, and enable the team to drive results
Qualification
Required
A degree directly related to or transferable to digital delivery and / or the energy system more broadly
Comfortable in challenging the ‘status quo' and driving change at an enterprise level
Demonstrable capability to manage a critical program / portfolio of digital products to transform business operations
Strong communication skills with an ability to successfully navigate a complex organization and generate and maintain buy-in for ideas and plans
Strong technical background, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, designers, UX, and data science
Having previous product development and implementation experience within a US energy utility would be hugely valuable
