Responsibilities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual multi-entity consolidated reporting
Assist in preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Contribute to SEC filings, including portions of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and related disclosures
Perform consolidation validations, analytics, and reconciliation reviews
Partner with internal accounting teams to resolve reporting discrepancies
Support SOX compliance, audit requests, and documentation of internal controls
Participate in corporate accounting activities, including accounting assessments, reporting updates, and process improvements
Collaborate on enhancements to reporting tools and data processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in industry or public accounting with exposure to consolidated financial reporting or SEC reporting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Experience supporting or auditing large, multi-entity or product-based companies
Preferred
CPA (active or in progress)
Experience with financial reporting systems (OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting practices
Ability to work cross-functionally with domestic and international teams
Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills
