Responsibilities
Own the technical relationships with Adyen’s Payment Methods partners, including global networks like Visa and Mastercard, as well as local networks such as Pulse, Star, Nyce, Accel
Drive end-to-end conversion improvements and enhance existing integrations by leveraging partners' system and network capabilities
Work closely with the engineering team identifying bottlenecks and addressing them with our partners
Act as the technical point of contact for our card acquiring rails, with a deep understanding of how specifications impact merchant processing
Identify opportunities to develop tools and processes that enable scalable, efficient support for our acquiring operations
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of relevant experience at a tech or payments company, with a focus on managing card networks, preferably from an acquiring perspective
Ability to structure, deliver, and communicate clear project plans across cross-functional teams that include analysts and software engineers
Strong understanding of API integrations, payment systems, and technical solutions
Operationally excellent and driven to improve existing processes, with a hands-on mindset and attention to detail
Skilled at managing external stakeholders and influencing partners to align with Adyen's roadmap and long-term objectives
