Responsibilities
The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of M&A and private equity matters, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, platform investments, add-on acquisitions, and related corporate governance work
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in corporate M&A and/or private equity transactions
Experience with purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary transaction documents
Strong drafting, issue-spotting, and project-management skills
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy in a deal-driven environment
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
