Responsibilities

Meeting or exceeding perpetual and subscription renewal targets of 95% both quarterly and annually
Achieving these targets by protecting price increase and using clawback motions for downgrades on existing renewals
Building and maintaining relationships with Partners, members of the PTC eco system and customers to ensure a successful subscription implementation
Leveraging the PTC eco-system to ensure optimal levels of satisfaction for PTC customers throughout the entire renewal journey
Ability to confidently communicate PTC’s vision throughout the entire customer org chart

Subscription/SaaS salesSalesforce.comRelationship managementBachelor DegreeInside sales experienceOutside sales experience

Required

Experience with Subscription/SaaS software sales and/or renewals
Experience with Salesforce.com
Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
3-5 years inside or outside sales experience

Relationship management experience preferred
