Responsibilities
Market and place middle to large property and casualty accounts with domestic and London markets
Analyze submissions and develop smart placement strategies (primary, excess, layered)
Negotiate pricing, coverage terms, and structure with underwriters
Present quotes clearly to retail brokers and assist with coverage analysis
Drive production through new business development and renewal retention
Partner with internal service teams to ensure smooth binding and policy issuance
Maintain compliance with P&C guidelines and documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years commercial P&C experience (wholesale/E&S preferred)
Strong knowledge of Construction, Property, Real-estate (and related coverages)
Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple submissions at once
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Active P&C license required
