They are seeking a Frontend Engineering Manager to lead the development of scalable web applications, focusing on frontend architecture and user experience while mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product and Design teams.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve frontend architecture using modern best practices
Ensure performance, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability
Lead technical reviews and architectural discussions
Mentor engineers and support their professional growth
Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and collaboration
Partner with Product and Design to deliver high-impact user experiences
Translate complex requirements into scalable frontend solutions
Drive execution with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
Continuously improve frontend tooling and developer experience

Required

Strong experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or Frontend Tech Lead
Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and UX principles
Experience leading teams and reviewing code at scale
Familiarity with API-driven systems
Strong communication skills
Native or fluent English

Preferred

Spanish is a plus
Experience working in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial platforms is a plus
