Responsibilities

Elevate the visual identity of the Razorback Football program across recruiting, game day, social media, and internal branding platforms
Function as the lead graphic designer and lead photographer for the football program
Support the Director of Creative Media in creative strategy, content planning, digital content, production, and staff coordination
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-profile athletics environment
Create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Photography, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
Creative leadership and visual storytelling skills
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience working with football or high-level athletics programs
Video production and post-production experience
Leadership or mentorship experience with interns or junior staff
Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools
Proof of Veteran Status
