Corporate Vice President - Development Lead - Design to Dev

They are seeking a Corporate Vice President to lead the technical design and engineering strategy for the Design-to-Dev automation platform, enhancing digital marketing capabilities and streamlining development processes.

Responsibilities
Lead the vision, architecture, and technical roadmap for the Design-to-Dev automation platform
Define standards for how design assets (Figma, UX specs, creative components) translate into scalable front-end and AEM-ready code
Partner with marketing, design, and business stakeholders to align automation capabilities to campaign and content operations needs
Guide engineering teams, fostering innovation, high-quality delivery, and continuous improvement
Architect and develop platform capabilities that convert design inputs into reusable UI components across React, Angular, Flutter, and HTML/CSS environments
Oversee technical design and delivery across key solution components:
Ensure platforms support multi-brand, multi-channel, and multi-device digital marketing experiences
Establish engineering guardrails, including accessibility, performance, security, and code-generation best practices
Collaborate with Agile teams within the ART to improve predictability, velocity, and cross-team alignment
Manage vendor partnerships and evaluate emerging tools that enhance design automation, prototyping, or component orchestration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience designing and delivering front-end architectures using React, Angular, Flutter, and modern HTML/CSS
Hands-on experience with AWS-based front-end application frameworks and cloud-native deployment practices
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its role within integrated digital experience ecosystems
Proficiency with design-to-development workflows, design system creation, component libraries, and tooling integrations (e.g., Figma APIs, code generation frameworks)
Demonstrated ability to architect automation solutions that transform UX/design assets into consumable code
Proven ability to manage complex technical programs and guide engineering teams
Ability to translate detailed design artifacts into structured, scalable engineering solutions
Experience working within SAFe or Agile frameworks and collaborating across ARTs or cross-functional marketing technology teams
Strong communication and storytelling abilities to bridge design, engineering, and business perspectives
A collaborative mindset with a focus on stakeholder alignment, solution clarity, and measurable outcomes
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure, standards, and repeatable processes
Preferred
Adobe Certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer, DevOps Engineer, Architect) or Certified React Developer
