They are seeking a Business Service Officer I (Specialist) to independently perform complex business service work, manage order workflow, and maintain inventory for department programs.

Government Administration

Responsibilities

Independently performing the more difficult and complex business service work
Planning and maintaining the distribution and reproduction warehouse space utilization
Maintaining inventory and records for department programs
Managing order workflow and collaborating with program staff
Assisting with fulfilling online pass orders
Managing inventory levels
Fulfilling supply order requests for DPR HQ units
Responsible for the business functions in support of the mission of the Business Services Section

Required

Possession of a valid Class C driver's license is required
Experience with warehouse inventory management and order fulfillment
Ability to maintain data logs and spreadsheets
Experience collaborating with others to find solutions
