Responsibilities
Install and configure machinery and equipment at customer sites
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems
Diagnose and repair faults in PLC and automation systems
Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician
Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and machinery
Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of PLC and automation equipment
Experience with ladder logic and control systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
