Responsibilities
Performs advanced computer programming work, including designing, developing, testing, debugging, and documenting complex client/server and web-based applications
Collaborates with business users, systems analysts, and architects to gather and validate requirements, analyze system workflows, and design technical solutions
Develops and maintains front-end and back-end applications using C#/.NET, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
Provides ongoing support and maintenance for application software through problem diagnosis, resolution, and enhancements
Conducts research and analysis to improve application functionality and recommends process improvements for application development projects
Participates in Agile SDLC activities, including development, testing, deployment, demonstrations, and maintenance of applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or higher
4+ years of experience developing web-based software applications
4+ years of experience programming in multiple languages, including .NET/C#, HTML, HTML5, ASP, Java, JSP, SQL, and stored procedures
4+ years of experience in web programming using .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
3+ years of experience working within an Agile SDLC methodology
3+ years of experience working collaboratively on a development team across SDLC phases
3+ years of experience gathering requirements and supporting software development, enhancements, and maintenance
3+ years of experience delivering in-person software application demonstrations for customer approval
2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
1+ year of experience programming in C# .NET Blazor
Preferred
4+ years of experience porting or migrating applications from Java to C# .NET Blazor
4+ years of experience implementing responsive web design practices
4+ years of knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility implementation
