Responsibilities
Work cross functionally with product owners, product managers, experience designers, content designers, and other partners to help identify and define research projects and objectives
Scope, plan, and conduct user research and testing projects
Suggest appropriate methods for questions asked by product, design, and other partners
Decide and advocate for appropriate sample size for each method
Independently program research studies into necessary tools, conduct quality assurance
Analyze results, generate actionable insights and share them with partners as well as the broader organization
Qualification
Required
A great understanding of UX research modalities and methods
At least 3-4 years of experience working in finance, insurance, or healthcare
At least 4-5 years of experience in remote, in-person, moderated, and unmoderated user research; including but not limited to usability testing, interviews, surveys, click test, card sorts, tree testing, etc
Experience with testing platforms (Maze, Qualtrics, Figma, and GlassBox)
Preferred
Great active listening skills
Strong storytelling skills
Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects end-to-end
Collaboration with teammates and partners
Being open to feedback
