Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Saviynt IAM platform, including connectors, workflows, rules, roles, tasks, and reporting
Integrate Saviynt with ERP systems (Workday, PeopleSoft), ITSM tools (ServiceNow), and other SaaS or on-premises applications for provisioning and identity lifecycle management
Develop, configure, and maintain REST API-based connectors and endpoints for account provisioning and data write-back
Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation in Saviynt, Active Directory provisioning, role assignments, and email notifications
Create and manage enterprise roles and application roles, configure entitlements, and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and segregation-of-duties (SOD) policies
Configure access certification campaigns, workflow approvals, and micro-certifications to maintain compliance
Develop and maintain Saviynt email templates, tasks, enhanced queries, and table updates to optimize automation and reporting
Perform day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, and monitoring of IAM integrations
Collaborate with business and IT teams to onboard new applications, define roles, and automate user access workflows
Improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance, audit readiness, and security best practices
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Saviynt IAM platform, including provisioning, workflows, connectors, and roles
Experience integrating Saviynt with Workday, PeopleSoft, Active Directory, and ITSM tools
Strong understanding of REST API integrations and connector development
Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SOD policies, access certification, and enterprise/application roles
Experience managing user onboarding/offboarding, entitlement assignments, and automated workflows
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IAM platform and integration issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with enterprise IAM environments supporting large user populations
Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and compliance standards
Experience creating and managing Saviynt micro-certifications, email templates, and advanced reporting
