Responsibilities
Manage and maintain VTC infrastructure, systems, and configurations
Provide Tier 3 support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for VTC-related issues
Install, configure, and support Cisco and Polycom VTC equipment
Maintain certificates, apply software updates and security patches
Assist with project scoping, including cost estimates and bill of materials
Work collaboratively with internal teams and end-users to ensure high availability and performance of VTC systems
Communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ensure conference rooms and A/V systems are fully functional and optimized
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on VTC engineering experience
Bachelor's degree (or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
Expertise with Cisco and Polycom VTC systems in large, distributed environments
Familiarity with Cisco WebEx and Cisco Control Hub
Solid understanding of SIP, H.323, and other video/voice networking protocols
Experience with IP/ISDN video gateways and QoS for voice/video
Knowledge of A/V equipment used in modern conference rooms
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
