Responsibilities

Drive Clinical Operations and Inclusive Research Initiatives: Lead and execute strategic projects for the Clinical Operations and Inclusive Research and Health Equity (IRHE) teams while representing Clinical Operations across pan-Roche functions
Innovate Trial Design: Research emerging trends in study conduct, patient-centricity, digital health, and recruitment to bring fresh, data-driven insights to clinical programs
Manage Data & Reporting: Analyze large datasets and maintain tracking repositories to measure progress and inform strategic decision-making for program and study management and inclusive research
Foster Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (pRED, Global Patient Network) and external partners to integrate diverse perspectives into the research process
Communicate & Champion Impact: Develop compelling presentations and organizational campaigns to showcase progress and advocate for simplified, inclusive best practices

Required

Must be pursuing or have attained an Associate's Degree
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (within 2 years of graduation and not currently enrolled in a graduate program)
Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Master's Degree (within 2 years of graduation)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and build professional relationships across diverse teams
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence outcomes without direct authority

Preferred

Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Communications or Business Development focus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
