Responsibilities
Support and execute the Revenue Operations master data strategy
Maintain and improve customer and product master data models and workflows
Ensure standardized, documented processes are followed consistently across teams
Monitor data quality and KPIs, addressing issues through root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
Partner with IT and cross‑functional teams to support system enhancements and resolve data‑related issues
Represent Revenue Operations in projects that impact master data structures or processes
Oversee daily activities of master data specialists and shared‑services contributors
Build team capability through coaching, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote strong governance, data integrity, and harmonized business practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field
5–7 years of master data management or related operational/process experience
Experience supporting or leading master data initiatives within cross‑functional, matrixed environments
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, SAP MDG, S/4HANA, Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive change within a process‑heavy environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority
Preferred
Multilingual capabilities preferred but not required
