The role involves supporting global planning, execution, and program coordination of Controls and SW platform solutions for Engine or Hybrid Electronic Control Units, while also acting as the primary interface between the Controls System and the Propulsion System Community.

Responsibilities
Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs
Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface
Coordinating Controls Features development
Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to over all program milestones and objectives
Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience (of which at least 5 years in automotive)
As you will be working on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions
Ability to work in an Agile environment
Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable
Preferred
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus
