Responsibilities
Design and develop power electronics front-end circuits, inverters, and related systems
Perform simulations and analyses of power circuits, including thermal modeling and switching behavior
Develop HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) platforms for testing and validating power electronic circuits
Work with IPM (Intelligent Power Module) motor control and contribute to advanced motor‑drive development
Characterize switching devices (IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC, GaN, etc.) and evaluate structure‑level performance
Conduct thermal calculations and support heat‑dissipation design improvements
Participate in hardware design, prototyping, and validation testing
Use measurement and diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, thermal cameras, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
5+ years of experience in power electronics design and development
Strong knowledge of: Inverters and front-end converter design, IPM motor control techniques, Power switching devices (IGBT, MOSFET, SiC/GaN)
Hands‑on experience with: Hardware prototyping, Circuit testing and validation, Measurement instruments (oscilloscope, power meters, analyzers)
Ability to perform detailed circuit simulations, analyses, and thermal evaluations
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills
