Responsibilities
Leadership & Vision: Drive the UI/UX vision for our online casino, sports betting, and poker products, ensuring all designs are aligned with business goals and brand identity. You'll lead design projects from initial concept to final implementation
Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI and UX designers. You will conduct regular design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and foster an environment of continuous learning and growth
Design Excellence: Set and maintain the highest standards for product design quality. You'll be responsible for creating and overseeing the development of a scalable design system, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all products
Player-Centric Design: Advocate for the player at every stage of the design process. You will leverage data, user research, and A/B testing to inform design decisions, creating intuitive and engaging user journeys
Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver world-class products. You'll effectively present design concepts and strategies, articulating your decisions with confidence and clarity
Hands-On Design: Maintain a hands-on role in the design process, creating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final assets for key features and new products. You'll set the pace and quality standard for the team
Qualification
Required
at least 4 years of experience with Product Design projects or similar roles
understanding of design principles and best practices in iGaming, Finance or similar industry projects
ability to communicate effectively with team members
strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
experience with agile methodologies and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
you are proud to showcase your recent works (or general portfolio) upon applying to a position

understanding of sports in any form
