Responsibilities

Assisting clients in booking travel, ranging from commercial flights to hotels, to vacation homes and car rentals
Use Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers
Working with suppliers around the world to ensure our clients are receiving the best rates, perks, and service in the market

Required

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year experience coordinating travel
Adaptability and multitasking

Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude
Excellent, clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment
Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings, weekends and some holidays

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
2+ years experience at a travel agency
1+ year of Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools experience
