Responsibilities
Administer and support SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments
Manage day-to-day operations including site collections, permissions, workflows, and content management
Monitor SharePoint performance, availability, and health
Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution at platform and application levels
Support server OS and SharePoint application upgrades and patching
Implement and maintain SharePoint security, access control, and governance policies
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and security teams as required
Provide technical support and guidance to end users and stakeholders
Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and platform reliability
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online (O365)
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises
Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and administration
Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting
Knowledge of server OS support and upgrade activities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
