Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager
Loomis US is a leading provider of armored transportation and cash management services across the US. They are seeking a Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing fleet operations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with inspections, and managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
Insure Monthly PM, Annual DOT, State and local inspections are in compliant at all locations
Work with Branch Management, Fleet Managers to help meet and exceed fleet budget expectations
Insure that all parts inventory, parts purchases, labor and outside repairs are captured in the GMS maintenance software program for accurate reporting at all locations
Review GMS monthly reporting with Branch Managers, Fleet Managers and/or Shop Leads
All vehicle transfers needs to be approved by Region Fleet Manager
Monitor all vehicle replacements for disposal, work with Corporate Fleet Manager for title and documents
Insure all locations utilize and comply with national vendor account incentives and work closely with existing vendors to maintain a solid working relationship
Major fleet expense repairs need to be reviewed and approved by the Region Fleet Manager
Schedule and develop vehicle training on going for mechanics and Fleet Managers
Insure all shops are maintained in a safe and clean environment with proper tooling
Work collectively in troubleshooting and diagnosing of vehicle related problems, repairs and/or modifications
A Fleet Audit will be completed once a year for each location by the Region Fleet Manager. This audit will be entered into the Cams reporting program
Work with all Branch locations on the TPS Sentinel
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of ten (10) years recent fleet, automotive, and/or truck vehicle maintenance and Fleet Management experience
Must have strong communication skills
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products is essential
Operational knowledge of automotive equipment and tools normally associated with the troubleshooting & repairs of gasoline and diesel automotive equipment is required

Position is bonus eligible up to 25% annually based on individual and company performance.
