Olson Homes is a company specializing in new home sales, and they are seeking a Home Advisor to manage sales processes and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves following up with prospects, promoting the community, and maintaining product knowledge while ensuring excellent community presentation and paperwork accuracy.

Responsibilities
Completing all five steps of the sales process with each prospect who visits the sales center
100% follow up with all prospects/leads who visit the community or website
Actively promoting their assigned community within the local community
Maintaining excellent community and product knowledge
Providing the highest level of internal and external customer service
Maintaining an excellent community presentation
Accurately completing all contracts and related paperwork, and submitting within the allotted time frames
Understanding and effectively articulating the goals, ideals, standards, direction and vision of Olson Homes
Attending sales training classes and seminars as necessary is a requirement
All other responsibilities as deemed necessary for this position
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years experience in new home sales
Exceptional sales, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation, organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong prospecting habits
Comfortable being on video for personal communication and social media
Computer literate and effectively use Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word, DocuSign and BuildTopia software
High school diploma or equivalent
An active California Real Estate license
Preferred
Multi-family experience
College degree
